About us

Who are we?

Coming through different paths, what bound us together was going through the Kaospilots education and the Council Guide Training. We all were called, lured, attracted by the idea of finding new ways of working and living.

We want a world that is just, connected, mindful. We want a world where we can be awesome mothers, partners and passionate workers, where we can be in nature and give space to creative ideas. We all connect with our clients and none of them were ever just a job for us. We want to foster communities, workplaces that are amazing to work in, people who want to be more of who they really are.

NATALIA NOWICKA

For the past 20 years Natalia has been on a quest to find the undercurrent of organisations. She started with classical economics studies and the curiosity for what is making people and organisations stuck brought her from finances to Kaospilots education and Council Guide Training to working with people and studying Process Oriented Psychology. By co-founding SEINHEIT she shapes the way people work.

She loves to work with stuckness and believes that in tension and conflict lies the potential to be - not only good but - exceptional. Her abilities in holding spaces and facilitating groups stands out, as well as being highly skilled at seeing and discovering 'the hidden and unspoken' that often unlocks barriers in people and teams. She is brilliant at connecting dots and creating concepts that are capable of being implemented straight away. Natalia has the qualities of a natural born teacher and leader.

RUTH WALTER

Ruth studied tourism management and marketing because she felt a deep interest for different cultures and the wonders of the world. After a few years working as project manager and in product development, a heart decision brought her to the Kaospilots and the Council Guide Training. She has a deep respect for the gifts of ancient knowledge and the power that it can bring to today's world.

She is equipped with a great range of tools and methods from diverse fields of Process Consulting as well as Yoga, Meditation, Body Work, Graphic Recording and Singing. With SEINHEIT Ruth co-founded a place where respect for ancient knowledge, interest in intuitive wisdom and shaping our future can meet. Ruth has a very high skill of listening and seeing what a group can nourish. But most importantly she brings goodness and mindfulness everywhere she goes.

SIDSEL ANDERSEN

Sidsel always loves to work with the dynamics of a team. With her Kaospilots education and Council Guide Training she has equipped herself with powerful tools to further explore this passion. Since then, she has been actively experimenting with innovative formats designed to foster profound interpersonal connections through conversation. She developed and ran a training for Dialogue Facilitation, she became a trainer in Radical Collaboration and she is a Coach and Supervisor in Process Oriented Psychology.

With SEINHEIT, Sidsel has created a space to bring all her knowledge and tools together. She's not just courageous and dedicated to her work but has a knack for pinpointing the heart of any challenge, like finding the crucial piece of a puzzle.

Sidsel's strength lies in being a practical facilitator who knows how to deal with the real tensions that pop up in a group. She's committed to making a tangible impact by fostering genuine, down-to-earth conversations. Her vision is about creating a world where people can talk openly about important stuff, connecting on a deeper level, and making real changes together.

If we move authentically and mindfully together a lot becomes possible and so much lighter. To break through old patterns and routines is not easy. Being DIRECT spiced up with PLAYFULNESS and a dose of PRAGMATISM helps. In a process like that we approach personal and collective boundaries. In this ambiguous space of change there is a big portion of COURAGE and CARE needed to unfold our true potentials. Since nobody can do this straight away, we bring forth a lot of BENEVOLENCE towards ourselves and others. This process must not be rushed, to ensure that what we have learnt is treated THOROUGHLY.
